G-ANGeL

Global Academy for Next Generation Leaders
(Click on the G-ANGeL Logo Above to download the G-ANGeL brochure)

God has answered prayer in multiple ways over the past two years as we have developed the GLOBAL ACADEMY FOR NEXT GENERATION LEADERS (G-ANGeL), which has replaced the Institute for Leadership Multiplication. While our vision has remained the same, HE is expanding our territory!

Through prayerful planning, research, helpful counsel and field testing, we know the ACADEMY is transferable to nearly all cultures.

THERE ARE MULTIPLE BENEFITS to indige-nous men and women leaders, pastors and church planters. The ACADEMY is "moveable," not dependent on buildings or institutions, and "adaptable" to their current needs.

We have been asked how the ACADEMY is different from any other training. In short, the answer is a PRAYERFULLY CRAFTED "PROCESS" that meets four essential criteria.

  • It is CLEAR - not complicated.
  • REPRODUCEABLE - following Jesus' model of transferring the faith to future generations.
  • SUSTAINABLE - meaning it continues after "trainers", usually westerners, have left.
  • CONTEXTUALIZED - which is adapted to their culture.

Finally, it is designed to promote Christ's Kingdom through compassion ministries and church planting movements. An ADDED BENEFIT: U.S. churches, organizations, and denominations can partner with the ACADEMY, and we are training them in the process. HOW YOUR PARTNERSHIP AND INVESTMENT EMPOWERS INDIGENOUS MEN AND WOMEN LEADERS, PASTORS AND CHURCH PLANTERS:

1. The average cost is $35-$50 per day for a leader to attend a conference. This includes their food, lodging, and in most cases transportation. Most leaders live on $150 per month.

2. Most conferences are 2-3 days in length, so:

  • A $100 investment sends one leader
  • A $500 investment sends five leaders
  • A $1,000 investment sends ten leaders
  • A $5,000 investment sends 50 leaders

3. The average conference costs (excluding our own travel costs) from $4,000 - $10,000.

WOULD YOU PRAY WITH US AS WE HAVE FIVE SEPARATE TRIPS THIS FALL FROM AUGUST THROUGH SEPTEMBER, which will include at least NINE CONFERENCES! This will be our heaviest schedule yet. We believe God has significant plans for the ACADEMY!

WHO IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST GROUP
OF NEGLECTED? ... OVERLOOKED? ...
YET THE KEY TO TOMORROW?

  • The malnourished millions of children worldwide?
  • The millions of victims of AIDS and HIV related diseases?
  • The 1.8 billion who live without clean water?
  • The 1.8 billion who have never heard of Jesus?
  • The 2 billion who live below the poverty line?
  • The multiplied thousands of orphans and abused women?

If you answered “YES” to any or all of the above, you are right. However, there is still one group missing...THE PASTORS AND CHRISTIAN LEADERS who are responsible to reach and shepherd the six groups listed above.

MOST WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY FORMAL TRAINING TO TACKLE THE MASSIVE TASK THEY FACE. MOST LACK THE RESOURCES essential for launching and building effective ministries. They lack Bibles, books, buildings, transportation, finances, equipment and materials…to name a few.

UNLESS - caring, wise, strategic thinking and generous people have the faith, wisdom, and courage to prayerfully resource the world's indigenous pastors and leaders to spread Christ's Kingdom to a world lost without Him.

THANK YOU for partnering with us to equip and resource indigenous next-generation pastors and leaders to reach their world for Christ.
